Airmail deliveries to the United Kingdom normally take 5 to 10 business days to reach Greater London, 8 to 10 days to large regional cities, and 10 to 20 days to distant places. OUR REFUND POLICY
Please include the following details in the contact form to inform us of your refund request, please include the following details in the above contact form:
- Contact information and your order number;
- Whether you want to exchange a product for a different one or return your order or any of its contents for a refund;
- Pictures of everything you have, including the outside packaging labels (it's best to record a video when first unpacking your package);
- A scanned copy of the official notice or confiscation letter you received if any of the contents of your package were seized at import customs control;
- A different delivery address where we can send any missing items from your order if we need to.
Before contacting us about a refund, please double-check that you are taking the recommended dosage of the products and that you are adhering to the usage guide. Remember that the quality of your diet and exercise programme affects how effective your steroid cycles are.
We will refund or resend your order in the following ways:
- The majority of the time, we respond with the findings of our inquiry within two business days, and we process your items for replacement within three business days.
- We will issue a refund using the same payment method that you used to make your purchase. The processing of refunds typically takes 5-7 business days. Once this time has passed, the refund will show up in your account.

If it has been more than 90 days since your purchase, we cannot accept returns.
How to return your items:
- Use any Royal Mail service tier that you prefer to have the items sent back to us.
- Please include a copy of your original delivery receipt if you are returning a product due to a defect or an error on our part so that we can reimburse your delivery costs as well.
- Make certain that the items you're returning are well protected. Check that everything is packed tightly and securely.
- Inside the package, place a copy of the purchase order that was included with your initial order and lists the items you're returning.
- A refund will be processed three business days after the items have reached our warehouse.
- If you return 12 or more of the same items, there will be a 15% restocking fee due to inventory control and product expiration dates. If the value of the new order (minus the return) is less than £39.95 when returning items from an order that initially qualified for free delivery, it will be subtracted from your overall refund.
